तस्येदं वर्चस्तेजः प्राणमायुर्नि वेष्टयामीदमेनमधराञ्चं पादयामि

IAST Transliteration

tásyedáṃ várcas téjaḥ prāṇám ā́yur ní veṣṭayāmī́dam enam adharā́ñcam pādayāmi

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

This—his lustre and fiery might, his breath and length of days—herewith I wrap about (and take to myself); and this man I cause to go downward, turned to the lower side.

Translation

Son éclat et sa force ardente, son souffle et la longueur de ses jours—par ceci je les enveloppe (et les prends pour moi) ; et cet homme, je le fais descendre, tourné vers le côté inférieur.
