१-२७ यमः। दुःष्वप्ननाशनम्। १-२७ (प्रथमा) एकपदा यजुर्ब्राह्मी अनुष्टुप्, १-२७ (द्वितीया) त्रिपदा निचृद्गायत्री, १ (तृतीया) प्राजापत्या गायत्री, १-२७ (चतुर्थी) त्रिपदा प्राजापत्या त्रिष्टुप्, २-४, ९, १७, १९, २४ (तृतीया) आसुरी जगती, ५, ७-८, १०-११, १३, १८ (तृतीया) आसुरीत् त्रिष्टुप्, ६, १२, १४-१६, २०-२३, २७ (तृतीया) आसुरी पङ्क्तिः, २५-२६ (तृतीया) आसुरी बृहती। जितमस्माकमुद्भिन्नमस्माकमृतमस्माकं तेजोऽस्माकं ब्रह्मास्माकं स्वऽरस्माकं यज्ञो३ऽस्माकं पशवोऽस्माकं प्रजा अस्माकं वीरा अस्माकम्
jitám asmā́kam údbhinnam asmā́kam ṛtám asmā́kaṃ téjo ’smā́kaṃ bráhma asmā́kaṃ svàr asmā́kaṃ yajñó ’smā́kaṃ paśávo ’smā́kaṃ prajā́ asmā́kaṃ vīrā́ asmā́kam
Conquered is ours, and sprung to light is ours; ours is the Right, ours is the splendour; ours is the holy spell, ours is the heaven; ours is the sacrifice; ours are the cattle; ours the offspring; ours the heroes—ours.
La victoire est à nous, et ce qui a surgi au jour est à nous ; à nous est la Ṛta (le Droit/l’Ordre), à nous l’éclat ; à nous la formule sacrée (brahman), à nous le ciel (svar) ; à nous le sacrifice ; à nous le bétail ; à nous la descendance ; à nous les héros—tout est à nous.
