वैरं वा परैर्ग्राहयित्वा विसंवादयेत् ॥ कZ_०७.१४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
vairaṃ vā parairgrāhayitvā visaṃvādayet
Translation
Ou bien, après avoir poussé d’autres à adopter l’hostilité, il faut les dresser les uns contre les autres (créer la discorde).
