राजद्रव्याणामन्यद्रव्येनादानं परिवर्तनम् ॥ कZ_०२.८.१६ ॥
Transliteration
rājadravyāṇām anyadravyenādānaṃ parivartanam
Translation
Le « Parivartana » consiste à prendre des biens de l’État en les remplaçant par d’autres biens, c’est‑à‑dire échanger/remplacer la propriété de l’État par autre chose.
