Transliteration

janapadānte dhruvanidhim āpadartham abhityaktaiḥ kārayet

Translation

À la frontière des districts, il doit établir un trésor de réserve permanent pour les temps de crise, en utilisant des ressources abandonnées ou non réclamées.
