वैदेहकव्यञ्जनो वा सार्थप्रमाणं राज्ञः प्रेषयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२७ ॥

Transliteration

vaidehakavyañjano vā sārthapramāṇaṃ rājñaḥ preṣayet

Translation

Ou bien, un messager/agent du ressortissant étranger peut envoyer au roi les renseignements de la caravane (certificat/déclaration).
