तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

Lorsque l’un quelconque de ces (articles restreints) est introduit, sa vente ne doit avoir lieu qu’à l’extérieur (de la frontière/du poste), et elle doit être exonérée de droits.
