अल्पोऽपि चास्य दण्डस्तेजसा कृत्यकरो भवति ॥ कZ_०९.१.०४ ॥

Transliteration

alpo'pi cāsya daṇḍas tejasā kṛtyakaro bhavati

Translation

Et même si son daṇḍa (force coercitive) est faible, il devient efficace pour accomplir les tâches lorsqu’il est soutenu par le tejas (autorité de commandement et vigueur).
