Application: Use tattva-nyāsa as a meditative checklist to stabilize attention, purify inner instruments (antaḥkaraṇa), and prepare for mantra-japa or deity-dhyāna.

Khanda Section: Puja-vidhi (Yoga/Tantra: internal nyasa and tattva-sankhya practice)

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"A sādhaka reclines or sits on a kuśa-grass couch, eyes half-closed, performing heart-installation of the deity; a subtle diagram shows tattvas descending from Buddhi to Dhara as luminous points placed on the body.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural, meditative sādhaka on kuśa-tarpa, stylized heart-lotus glowing with deity presence, concentric tattva symbols descending, temple interior minimal, strong outlines and earthy tones.","tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting, central heart-lotus with gold radiance, sādhaka on ornate yet simple seat with kuśa mat, tattva icons in a vertical chain (Buddhi to Dhara) highlighted with gold embossing.","mysore_prompt":"Mysore painting, technical clarity: labeled tattva sequence from Buddhi to Dhara, sādhaka demonstrating nyāsa hand-gestures, soft palette, fine linework, diagrammatic overlays.","mughal_miniature_prompt":"Mughal miniature, quiet chamber scene with a yogin on a grass mat, delicate halo at the heart, faint schematic of tattvas along the torso, refined textiles and subdued colors."}

Sandhi Resolution Notes: कुशतल्पे = कुश + तल्पे; बुद्ध्यादिधरान्तम् = बुद्धि + आदि + धर + अन्तम्; तत्त्वसञ्चयम् = तत्त्व + सञ्चयम्

FAQs

It teaches internal worship through hṛdaya-niveśa (installing the deity/mandala in the heart) and tattva-nyāsa—ritually placing the cosmological principles from Buddhi down to Dhara as part of a structured puja/yogic procedure.

Beyond myth, it preserves a technical ritual manual: yogic-tantric methods (nyāsa, inner installation, tattva mapping) that systematize worship using cosmology—showing the text’s coverage of practical liturgy alongside philosophy.

By internalizing worship in the heart and aligning the practitioner with the tattva-order, the rite is framed as purification and integration of body-mind-cosmos, supporting steadiness in meditation and sanctifying the act of worship even while reclining.
