FAQs

It teaches a procedural application (vidhi) combined with bhāvanā (directed visualization/intent) to treat or neutralize exhaustion arising from an intense influx/impact of subtle energies (aṇu-śakti).

Beyond mythology, it preserves practical instruction for bodily restoration—linking ritual method, yogic/tantric-style mental discipline (bhāvanā), and therapeutic aims (śrama-śānti), illustrating the Purana’s wide technical scope.

By insisting on correct method and disciplined intention, the verse frames healing as a dharmic act: regulated practice prevents harm from powerful techniques and supports the disciple’s purification and stability on the path.
