FAQs

It teaches a mantra-prayoga using Vāgīśvarī with bīja elements (notably hūṃ and the terminating ‘phaḍ’) applied through a ‘hṛt-sampuṭa’ (heart-enclosure) method, projecting the mantra like an arrow for forceful activation/dispelling.

Beyond mythic narration, it preserves procedural mantra-technology—bīja usage, sampuṭa (enclosure) logic, and weapon-syllable deployment—showing the text’s coverage of practical ritual mechanics alongside theology and dharma.

The verse frames mantra as a disciplined, intention-bound act: enclosing it in the ‘heart’ and sealing it with ‘phaḍ’ signifies controlled spiritual force—aimed at purification, removal of obstacles, and effective ritual accomplishment (siddhi) when performed with proper authority and restraint.
