Encyclopedic Reference: {"reference_type":"Procedure","entry_title":"Udbhava-mudrā with Hṛt-sampuṭa Mantra in Vāgīśvarī-yoni (Recaka-nyāsa)","lookup_keywords":["Vāgīśvarī yoni","Udbhava mudrā","hṛt-sampuṭa","recaka","nyāsa"],"quick_summary":"Install the mantra-power at the Vāgīśvarī ‘yoni’ using Udbhava-mudrā, synchronizing placement with exhalation and a heart-sealed (sampuṭita) mantra for stable internalization."}

Concept: Prāṇa as a carrier of mantra-śakti; mudrā and sampuṭa ‘seal’ attention so the deity-presence is stabilized in a chosen locus.

Application: Use breath-timing (recaka) to deepen concentration and reduce mantra-drift during nyāsa and dhyāna.

Khanda Section: Puja-vidhi / Tantra-yoga (Mantra–Mudra–Pranayama procedures)

Primary Rasa: adbhuta

Secondary Rasa: shanta

FAQs

It teaches a precise mantra-prayoga: performing nyāsa/installation at Vāgīśvarī’s yoni-sthāna using the Udbhava mudrā, coordinating it with recaka (exhalation) and a mantra sealed in the hṛt-sampuṭa.

Beyond mythology, it preserves applied ritual technology—named mudrās, nyāsa mechanics, and prāṇāyāma phases—showing the text’s coverage of practical Tantra–pūjā procedures alongside other sciences.

Synchronizing mudrā, mantra, and breath is presented as a method for disciplined inner purification and effective deity-invocation, aiming at steadiness of speech-power (vāk-śakti) and ritual siddhi through correct procedure.
