FAQs

It teaches a Tantric–yogic procedure: form the Saṃhāra-mudrā, visualize the self as a scintillating fire-spark, concentrate the inner energy, and establish that awareness in the heart-lotus.

Beyond mythic narration, the Agni Purana preserves hands-on sādhanā methods—mudrā, visualization, and internal placement (nyāsa-like contemplation)—showing its coverage of practical spiritual technologies alongside other sciences.

The Saṃhāra orientation signifies dissolving distractions and egoic patterns; placing the “fire-spark self” in the heart centers consciousness, supporting purification, steadiness in meditation, and inward absorption (laya) toward liberation.
