Procedure for Samaya Initiation
वस्त्रबद्धमुखायां वा स्थाल्यां पुष्पैर् वहिर्भवैः चुल्ल्यां पश्चिमवक्त्रायां न्यस्तायां मानुषात्मना
vastrabaddhamukhāyāṃ vā sthālyāṃ puṣpair vahirbhavaiḥ cullyāṃ paścimavaktrāyāṃ nyastāyāṃ mānuṣātmanā
Ou bien, dans un pot (sthālī) dont l’ouverture est liée et couverte d’un tissu, on placera des fleurs « nées au dehors » (c’est-à-dire cueillies à l’extérieur). Ce pot, déposé par le pratiquant humain, doit être posé sur le foyer (cullī) en orientant son ouverture/face vers l’ouest.
