ममाप्येतन्मतं देवि यदुक्तमृषिणा ततः ॥ इति प्रियां समाभाष्य प्रियया च तथाऽकरोत् ॥

mamāpy etan mataṃ devi yad uktam ṛṣiṇā tataḥ || iti priyāṃ samābhāṣya priyayā ca tathā 'karot ||

«Ésta también es mi opinión, oh señora, tal como lo ha dicho el ṛṣi». Habiendo así hablado a su amada, actuó en consecuencia, junto con ella.
