Rites for the comb, collyrium, and mirror; initiations for the four social orders; and the Gaṇāntikā vow/insignia

तानि सर्वाणि चानीय एकं वर्ज्यं यशस्विनि॥ न दद्यत्कृष्णसारस्य चर्म तत्र कदाचन॥

tāni sarvāṇi cānīya ekaṃ varjyaṃ yaśasvini | na dadyāt kṛṣṇasārasya carma tatra kadācana ||

«Habiendo traído todo ello, con una sola excepción, oh ilustre: nunca debe darse (ni usarse) allí la piel del kṛṣṇasāra (antílope negro)».
