Dijo Īśvara: «Luego, oh Gran Diosa, debe uno ir al vado sagrado llamado Nārāyaṇa-tīrtha. En su cuadrante nordeste hay un pozo escalonado (vāpī) célebre como Śāṇḍilyā».
