स तु सांबस्य देवेशि सूर्यो विष्णुस्वरूपवान् । अपरां मूर्तिमास्थाय विष्णुरूपो वरं ददौ

Transliteration

sa tu sāṃbasya deveśi sūryo viṣṇusvarūpavān | aparāṃ mūrtimāsthāya viṣṇurūpo varaṃ dadau

Translation

Oh Diosa, por causa de Sāmba el Sol—que porta la misma forma de Viṣṇu—adoptó otra manifestación; tomando el aspecto de Viṣṇu, concedió una gracia.
