अष्टमे सोमवारे तु अमोघायुतमीश्वरम् । कदलीफलकेनार्घ्यं मरुबकेन पूजयेत् । रात्रौ तु प्राशयेद्दुग्धमग्निष्टोमफलं लभेत्
aṣṭame somavāre tu amoghāyutamīśvaram | kadalīphalakenārghyaṃ marubakena pūjayet | rātrau tu prāśayeddugdhamagniṣṭomaphalaṃ labhet
En el octavo lunes, debe adorarse al Señor Amoghāyuta-īśvara. Debe ofrecerse arghya con un fruto de plátano (kadalī) y realizar la pūjā con marubaka. Por la noche, debe tomarse leche como alimento; así se obtiene el mérito igual al sacrificio Agniṣṭoma.
