Transliteration

gṛhāṇāṃ tu sahasrāṇi dīnānāthāśrayāṇi ca | kārayitvā vidhānena viprebhyaḥ pradadau pṛthak

Translation

Mandó construir miles de casas—y también refugios para los pobres y los desamparados—y, conforme al debido procedimiento, las otorgó por separado a los brāhmaṇas.
