Transliteration

layaṃ caiva tathānyonyamādyaṃtaṃ prakaroti ca | sargasaṃhārasaṃsthānāṃ karttā devo maheśvaraḥ

Translation

Él provoca también la disolución (laya) y el entrelazarse mutuo de comienzos y finales; pues de la creación, la destrucción y el ordenamiento de los mundos, el hacedor es el dios Maheśvara.
