tṛtīyāyāmathā ṣṭamyāṃ caturdaśyāṃ vidhānataḥ | yastāṃ pūjayate bhaktyā tasya siddhiḥ kare sthitā

Translation

En el tercer, octavo y decimocuarto día lunar, conforme a la ordenanza debida, quien la adore con devoción—para él la siddhi, el éxito, reposa en la palma de su mano.
