ते सर्व एव दैत्येन्द्राः कोटिशः समुपागताः । ततोऽभवन्महायुद्धं देव्यास्तत्रासुरैः सह

te sarva eva daityendrāḥ koṭiśaḥ samupāgatāḥ | tato'bhavanmahāyuddhaṃ devyāstatrāsuraiḥ saha

Todos aquellos señores de los daityas se congregaron por millones. Entonces, allí surgió una gran batalla entre la Diosa y los asuras.
