ब्रह्मस्वहारिणः पापास्तथा देवस्वहारिणः । स्नानमात्रेण शुद्ध्यंति गोमत्यां नात्र संशयः
brahmasvahāriṇaḥ pāpāstathā devasvahāriṇaḥ | snānamātreṇa śuddhyaṃti gomatyāṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ
Aun los manchados por el pecado de robar bienes de los brāhmaṇas, y asimismo quienes roban bienes del templo o de lo divino, se purifican con sólo bañarse en la Gomatī; de ello no hay duda.
