एतस्मिन्नेव काले तु वागुवाचाशरीरिणी । पूजयैतन्महल्लिंगं त्वद्भक्त्या समुपस्थितम् । वरं वरय भद्रं ते यत्ते मनसि वर्तते
etasminneva kāle tu vāguvācāśarīriṇī | pūjayaitanmahalliṃgaṃ tvadbhaktyā samupasthitam | varaṃ varaya bhadraṃ te yatte manasi vartate
En aquel mismo instante, una voz incorpórea habló: «Adora este gran Liṅga que ha aparecido por tu devoción. Elige un don—sea para ti lo auspicioso—lo que mora en tu mente».

Scene: A radiant, unseen voice emanates from the sky; sound waves or light ribbons descend toward Gautama and the towering liṅga. Gautama prepares offerings; the atmosphere is charged with auspiciousness.
When devotion matures, the divine not only appears but also guides the devotee toward worship and fulfilled intention.
