Vasiṣṭha (implied within the stotra sequence)
Tirtha: Kāśī (as invoked) and Prabhāsa (as setting)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Composite sacred map: Śiva enthroned as Viśveśvara of Kāśī on one side, as Girīśa on a mountain peak on the other, and as cosmic cause in the center as a radiant liṅga/light; pilgrims from different regions converge in worship.
Śiva is both the local Lord of a supreme tīrtha (Kāśī) and the universal cause—place-devotion and metaphysics unite.
Kāśī (Vārāṇasī) is explicitly praised through the epithet Kāśīpati, even while the narrative remains in Arbuda.
No direct ritual instruction; it is a stotra verse suitable for recitation during Śiva worship.
