वह्निरुवाच । अभक्ष्यभक्षणे शक्रो मामिच्छति नियोजितुम् । तेनैव न करोत्येष वृष्टिं मर्त्त्ये सुरेश्वरः
vahniruvāca | abhakṣyabhakṣaṇe śakro māmicchati niyojitum | tenaiva na karotyeṣa vṛṣṭiṃ marttye sureśvaraḥ
Agni dijo: «Śakra desea emplearme para consumir lo que no debe ser consumido. Por esa misma razón, ese señor de los dioses retiene la lluvia del reino de los mortales».
