ब्राह्मण उवाच । या मया सहसा दृष्टा स्वयमेव हुताशन । परकांतेन तां नाद्य शुद्धामपि गृहं नये
brāhmaṇa uvāca | yā mayā sahasā dṛṣṭā svayameva hutāśana | parakāṃtena tāṃ nādya śuddhāmapi gṛhaṃ naye
El brāhmaṇa dijo: Oh Hutāśana (Agni), a ella, a quien vi de improviso con mis propios ojos junto al amado de otro, no la llevaré hoy a mi casa, aunque esté purificada.
