वैशाख्यां यो नरस्तत्र कृत्वा श्राद्धं समाहितः । ततः पश्यति देवेशं महाकाल इति स्मृतम् । पूजयेद्दक्षिणां मूर्तिं समाश्रित्य द्विजोत्तमाः
vaiśākhyāṃ yo narastatra kṛtvā śrāddhaṃ samāhitaḥ | tataḥ paśyati deveśaṃ mahākāla iti smṛtam | pūjayeddakṣiṇāṃ mūrtiṃ samāśritya dvijottamāḥ
Quien, en el mes de Vaiśākha, realice allí el śrāddha con la mente recogida, después contempla al Señor de los dioses, recordado como Mahākāla. Oh mejores de los nacidos dos veces, adorad la Forma que mira al sur, refugiándoos en Ella.
