Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 23
त्रिशंकुरुवाच । अनेनैव शरीरेण स्वर्गाय गमनं प्रति । मया संप्रार्थितो यज्ञो वसिष्ठान्मुनिसत्तमात्
triśaṃkuruvāca | anenaiva śarīreṇa svargāya gamanaṃ prati | mayā saṃprārthito yajño vasiṣṭhānmunisattamāt
Triśaṅku dijo: «Con este mismo cuerpo deseé ir al cielo. Por ello supliqué a Vasiṣṭha, el más excelso de los sabios, que realizara un yajña con ese propósito.»
