FAQs

A tīrtha becomes universally beneficent when the deity’s presence is affirmed there; worship at such a place is framed as loka-hita (welfare of all).

The liṅga-site described in Nāgarakhaṇḍa, Adhyāya 30, presented as a permanent seat of divine presence.

The theological prescription is permanence of presence in the liṅga—supporting ongoing worship, darśana, and pilgrimage merit.
