Transliteration

kiṃ punaḥ śraddhayopetāḥ parvakāla upasthite | dattvā dānaṃ dvijendrāṇāṃ narā vedavidāṃ dvijāḥ

Translation

¡Cuánto más, cuando llega el tiempo propicio de festividad, los hombres, colmados de fe, ofrecen dádivas en caridad a los más excelsos de los dos veces nacidos: los brāhmaṇas conocedores de los Vedas!
