अद्यप्रभृति यः श्राद्धं मर्त्यलोके करिष्यति । अन्योऽपि यो भवत्पूर्वं वृथा तस्य भविष्यति
adyaprabhṛti yaḥ śrāddhaṃ martyaloke kariṣyati | anyo'pi yo bhavatpūrvaṃ vṛthā tasya bhaviṣyati
(Dijo Indra:) «Desde hoy en adelante, quien realice el śrāddha en el mundo de los mortales—cualquier otro modo, como antes de ti—le resultará estéril, sin fruto.»
