Transliteration

sāmavedavidastasya gṛhasthāśramadharmiṇaḥ | paścime vayasi prāpte kanyā jātā suśobhanā

Translation

«Era conocedor del Sāma Veda y fiel a los deberes del āśrama de jefe de hogar. Al llegar a la edad avanzada, le nació una hija de espléndida hermosura.»
