Transliteration

tatraivāsti jayānāma pārvatyāḥ kiṃkarī dvijāḥ | tayā tatra kṛtaṃ kuṇḍaṃ gaurīkuṇḍasamīpataḥ

Translation

Allí mismo se halla una doncella llamada Jayā, sirvienta de Pārvatī—oh, nacidos dos veces. Por ella fue hecho allí un estanque sagrado, cerca del Gaurī-kuṇḍa.
