Transliteration

jiteṃdriyaḥ suśāṃtātmā samaḥ sarveṣu jantuṣu | vṛkṣamūlāśrayaḥ śāṃtaḥ saṃtuṣṭenāṃtarātmanā

Translation

Dueño de sus sentidos, sereno por dentro e igual ante todos los seres, habitó al pie de un árbol—en calma, con el corazón satisfecho en su propio interior.
