मुंचामुं पुत्र याचंतं किमनेन प्रयोजनम् । अवमानो वधः प्रोक्तो वीरसंभावितस्य च
muṃcāmuṃ putra yācaṃtaṃ kimanena prayojanam | avamāno vadhaḥ prokto vīrasaṃbhāvitasya ca
«Suéltalo, hijo mío: está suplicando. ¿Qué propósito tiene esto? Para quien es tenido por héroe, se dice que la humillación equivale a la muerte.»
