Transliteration

jiteṃdriyāstaponiṣṭhāḥ paṃcārthajñānanirmalāḥ | bhasmakūṭaśayā dātāḥ suśīlā ūrdhvaretasaḥ

Translation

Son vencedores de los sentidos, firmes en la austeridad, purificados por el conocimiento de los cinco principios; duermen sobre montones de ceniza, son generosos dadores, de buena conducta, y guardan su energía vital hacia lo alto (castidad perfecta).
