Transliteration

ye vasaṃtīha viśveśa rājadhānyāṃ dvijottama | kṣudrākṣudrā jaṃtumātrā viśveśāṃ śāsta eva hi

Translation

Oh el mejor de los brāhmaṇas, quienquiera que habite aquí, en la ciudad regia de Viśveśa—sea humilde o no humilde, cualquier ser viviente—Viśveśa mismo se vuelve su protector y guía.
