Transliteration

vibhorapi samājñeyaṃ dharmavartmānusāriṇi | na kiṃcidapakartavyaṃ jānatā kenacitkvacita

Translation

Aun el poderoso debe reconocer lo que es debido cuando sigue la senda del dharma. Sabiéndolo, nadie, en ningún lugar, debe cometer ni el más leve acto dañino.
