न नेत्रविषये जाता विषये यस्यभूभृतः । सदा नष्टपदा द्वेष्यास्तदाऽनष्टपदाः प्रजाः
na netraviṣaye jātā viṣaye yasyabhūbhṛtaḥ | sadā naṣṭapadā dveṣyāstadā'naṣṭapadāḥ prajāḥ
En el dominio de aquel rey no surge enemigo alguno dentro del alcance de la vista. Los aborrecibles quedan siempre sin apoyo; por eso los súbditos permanecen seguros, sin perder su lugar legítimo.
