विना दण्डप्रदानेन मुद्राचिह्नं न धार्यते । मुद्राहस्ताश्च विज्ञेया वाडवा नृपसत्तम
vinā daṇḍapradānena mudrācihnaṃ na dhāryate | mudrāhastāśca vijñeyā vāḍavā nṛpasattama
