एवं तयोस्तु दंपत्योर्दुराचारप्रवृत्तयोः । कालेन निधनंप्राप्तः स विप्रो वृषलीपतिः

evaṃ tayostu daṃpatyordurācārapravṛttayoḥ | kālena nidhanaṃprāptaḥ sa vipro vṛṣalīpatiḥ

Así, mientras aquella pareja persistía en la mala conducta, con el paso del tiempo el brāhmaṇa—esposo de una mujer de baja condición—halló la muerte.
