Transliteration

kanyovāca | iccheyaṃ yatra kāle hi tatra deyā tvayā pituḥ | putrīvākyādasau rājā vismito vākyamabravīt

Translation

La doncella dijo: «Padre, debes entregarme (en matrimonio) en el tiempo que yo elija». Al oír las palabras de su hija, el rey, asombrado, respondió.
