Transliteration

tato'nyadivase vahnirdvijarūpo mahātapāḥ | rājānaṃ prārthayāmāsa raho gatvā śanaiḥ śanaiḥ

Translation

Luego, en otro día, Vahni, el dios del Fuego, gran asceta, tomando la forma de un brāhmaṇa, se acercó al rey y, en secreto, le presentó su ruego en voz baja.
