Type: kshetra
Listener: assembly of sages (e.g., Śaunaka’s circle)
Scene: A humble householder setting; a strange brāhmaṇa-guest requests a carefully prepared meal; householders gather with ritual intent, tension visible in their faces.
Ritual status (as yajamāna) is tested by real-world compassion; dharma is proven by conduct, not labels.
No specific tīrtha is named; the verse continues the Revā Khaṇḍa narrative set along the Narmadā.
Reference to su-saṃskṛta bhojana (properly prepared meal) and the yajamāna context (ritual patronage).
