Transliteration deváṃ bárhir índraṃ sudeváṃ deváir vīrávat stīrṇáṃ vedyā́m avardhayat | vástor vṛtáṃ prāktór bhṛtáṃ rāyā́ barhiṣmáto ’ty agād vasuváne vasudhেয়asya vetu yája
Translation El Barhis divino, para Indra, el dios de buen esplendor, extendido en la Vedi, con los dioses, con héroes, ha crecido. Cercada está la morada; sostenida está la parte delantera; el poseedor del Barhis, colmado de riqueza, ha pasado más allá: en la obtención de bienes, en la consecución del tesoro, que alcance (la meta). ¡Sacrifica!
