अग्निकार्य-होमविधिः
Agnikārya and Homa Procedure
स्वबीजानन्तरं वाच्या स्वाहांतञ्च यथाक्रमम् । जिह्वामंत्रैस्तु तैर्हुत्वाज्यं जिह्वास्त्वेकैकश क्रमात्
svabījānantaraṃ vācyā svāhāṃtañca yathākramam | jihvāmaṃtraistu tairhutvājyaṃ jihvāstvekaikaśa kramāt
Luego, tras pronunciar cada sílaba-semilla (bīja), debe recitarse, en el orden debido, el mantra que concluye con “svāhā”. Con esos “mantras de la lengua (jihvā)”, ofrézcase ghee en el fuego, invocando una por una, según el rito, las lenguas divinas de Agni.
