Aquello que llaman el poder tamásico y raudrī, fiero y causante de la manifestación encarnada: bajo el mandato del Señor (Īśa), el Brahmā de cuatro rostros crea todo el resto de la creación.

Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Rudra
Shakti Form: Durgā
Role: creative
Cosmic Event: kalpa-sṛṣṭi (cosmic emanation under divine ordinance)
It asserts Pati (Īśa/Śiva) as the supreme governor: even cosmic creation proceeds through Brahmā only by Śiva’s ordinance, showing that all powers function under the Lord’s sovereignty.
By presenting Īśa as the commanding source behind all manifestation, it supports Saguna worship (including the Liṅga) as devotion to the very Lord whose śāsana empowers the cosmic functions of Brahmā and Hari.
Contemplate Śiva as Īśa (the inner ruler) while repeating the Pañcākṣarī—“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—to align one’s will with the divine śāsana that governs creation and liberation.
