Maṇḍala Worship and Homa Sequence for the Disciple
कृत्वानुचिन्त्य तद्व्याप्तिं वागीशां च यथाक्रमम् । दीप्ताग्नौ पूर्णहोमान्तं कृत्वा शेषं च पूर्ववत्
kṛtvānucintya tadvyāptiṃ vāgīśāṃ ca yathākramam | dīptāgnau pūrṇahomāntaṃ kṛtvā śeṣaṃ ca pūrvavat
Habiendo cumplido el rito, medítese en Su omnipresencia y, luego, según el debido orden, adórese a Vāgīśā, la Diosa que preside la palabra sagrada. En el fuego resplandeciente, llévese el homa hasta su plena conclusión y ejecútense los restantes procedimientos exactamente como fueron prescritos antes.

It teaches that outer worship (homa) should be joined with inner realization—contemplating Shiva’s all-pervading nature—so ritual becomes a means to purify the soul (paśu) and orient it toward the Lord (Pati).
The verse reflects a Saguna mode of worship through ordered rites and fire-offerings, while directing the mind to Shiva’s vyāpti (pervasion), bridging form-based devotion with the truth that the Linga signifies the all-pervading Lord.
Complete the homa properly in a kindled fire, worship Vāgīśā in sequence (supporting mantra-japa and correct recitation), and meditate on Shiva’s all-pervasiveness while finishing the remaining steps as previously prescribed.
